This is your first appointment where I gain an understanding of what brings you here. You will have the opportunity to discuss the issues you have and what you wish to gain from your treatment. Depending on the issue, I will assess and treat you using a combination of massage and soft tissue techniques appropriate to your needs. Please be aware that more complex issues will require more assessment time.

Follow Up Treatments

This is the opportunity to discuss your progress and continue your treatment using soft tissue techniques, taking into consideration improvements you have made and any issues you still have.

Pregnancy Massage

£32.00 for 30 mins

£53.00 for 60 mins

Available for low risk pregnancies with the consent of your midwife. A relaxing massage to reduce tension and encourage a feeling of ease to help your body cope with the demands of pregnancy. Positioning will be based upon your stage of pregnancy - seated, side lying or supine.
